Refund Policy

On Weeb Trash Can we understand that our customers expect the best quality out of their purchases and look for a professional service that gives them a top-notch assistance. This Privacy Policy describes our full policies on handling issues with orders. Remember that if you have additional concerns you can always email us at contact@slayalldemons.com and we will help you in the best possible way.


Our store doesn’t currently accept returns. If there is a problem with your received order, please see the Refunds and Exchanges sections below.

Refunds and Exchanges

When handling a problem with an order, you’re allowed to apply for either a refund or an exchange.

To complete your application, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the reason for the refund or exchange, we may ask you to provide pictures of the product you received.

Refunds and exchanges are only applicable if the item you received is defective, damaged or partially missing. We don’t accept refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color or product. Most of our products are made to order, so we can’t offer that option at the moment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are approved, then you will be sent a new product within our regular shipping times. If the product is out of stock you may choose between a refund, an alternative product or to be sent the same product as soon as it’s back in stock again.

We won’t require you to return the original product and you may make use of it as you please.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be responsible for contacting you.
